Perfect Props

'Avenue Q' needed a breaking flower pot. There were three criteria:

• One side of the pot must seem intact (this is the side visible to the audience before the pot breaks).
• Once thrown to the floor the pot must not shatter and spread across the stage.
• The broken pot must not have any sharp bits, which may provide a hazard.

Needless to say, all criteria were met!
