Perfect Props

One of my first jobs after graduating involved cutting 2,300 pieces of polycarbonate tube to +/- 0.01mm, then buffing some, frosting others, and then gluing them all in specific positions on one of four boards to create this British gas interactive display board.
When cartain buttons were pushed a world map was revealed and then, corresponding underwater pipelines lit up.
This exhibition piece was used in an industry conference in Europe in the summer of 2006.
